Support Our National Parks By Stunting a Parks Project X Jungmaven Hemp Tee

Jungmaven is an apparel brand known for its dedication to creating clothing made from hemp, an eco-friendly and sustainable plant and fiber. Hemp is a fuller, more robust fabric than regular cotton, so shirts made from the material are durable, long-lasting, and only get better with wear.

Jungmaven teamed up with Parks Project, a lifestyle company that partners with organizations that support U.S. National Parks, to debut a collection of four hemp-based T-shirts. The tees in the collaboration are the perfect purchase for someone who wants to give back to our National Parks while also wearing something that would work perfectly on a hike in them.

Through the Yosemite Conservancy, this tee supports visitor programs, along with the maintenance and upkeep of over 800 miles of trails throughout Yosemite National Park. For every shirt sold, one meter of trail is restored in the park — about the length of an adult human stride.

The Parks Project notes that “this tee supports the Joshua Tree National Park native plant nursery. With every five Joshua Tree products sold, we support the planting of two additional native plant species in the park,” which is great, given the fact that so many trees and portions of the park were damaged during the recent government shutdown.
