Nude Newbies March 29th 2004

I've been neglecting you all lately, with infrequent updates, and I hope today makes up for it. I was swamped with setting up the new Loungestrippers Live cyber-sex project but that is now up and relatively smooth, so I have been able to spend more time back at the Lounge. It's fun to not have to DJ anymore and just chat with some of the people in the audience, of course always trying to tape as much footage for the big screen, for the "archives". Tonight a guy drove in from Cleveland saying that he'd seen Mandy Goodhandy and some of my slave videos on AEBN. He had been reading the website and wanted to check us out. So that will guarantee some more hot footage for the big screen - I'm sure Mandy create a visually stimulating display of nudity with the contestants.Tonight finally broke the spell of strippers wanting their faces blurred. We had some interesting contestants tonight - the contest winner Lex will be tried out this Friday and one of the other contestants Antonio will be dancing this coming Saturday.The third contestant was a returning contestant - Pickaso. Lex has potential, he's very energetic and I liked watching his dance style - he has a sense of humor and manages to be sexy at the same time. Joey did another great show - for those who haven't met Joey he's been entering the Monday night contests since the beginning. He's very enthusiastic and likes to put on a show. He no longer enters the contest but has an open invitation to dance any Monday. The last two weeks we've had a first for the Lounge - a mixed male-female duo show. Starring Joey and various strippers from upstairs. Marcos is the latest dancer to have a jerk-off video, which we will be playing this weekend. *A mini-rant, or rather an explanation about Mondays.*
I have heard that some customers have commented on the females in the audience on Monday. Not to get all in your face, but I want everyone to understand that we believe in having a place where different genders get a chance to mix, and we still provide a men-only atmosphere on the weekends, because even though part of me think there is something wrong and segregationist about not letting women into the club on the weekend, I also like it and appreciate it and don't think there's a problem with having all-boys clubs for certain activity. But I think it's good for us to get past the gay-ghetto mentality of not mixing, and appreciate the girls in the audience (by the way, there is not yet very many females attending on Mondays, but we welcome them and encourage them to come, and some weeks there have been a handful). But guys, don't complain about Monday - if you can't get over your hang-ups about the opposite gender, just think selfishly, if you like seeing straight boys take their clothes off, what better way to make it happen, a mixed crowd! And you always have the weekend to bond with your brothers. (And finally, 3 newbies ago, I mentioned that most contestants wanted their face blurred, but they still look good in a line-up so here's a pic from that night. I've been wanting to check out THE LOUNGE ever since it opened, but as an older married guy living in the same vicinity, I had pretty much decided it was too big a risk, but the temptation wasn't going away. Last week-end, being on my own overnight on a Saturday, I took the plunge and found out what THE LOUNGE is all about. I have gone to [OTHER MALE STRIP CLUB] a few times, so I had a comparison. It was about 10:30 when I arrived, and I made my way to a table, ordered a beer, and was greatly impressed with the way the entertainment was set up. First, it's non-stop and there are three stages of performance...the main stage.....and two boxes where the boys who have danced hang on to chains from the ceiling....(leave it to Todd Klinck to know how sexy that could be) [NOTE: FOR THE RECORD, IT WAS MANDY GOODHANDY WHO VISUALIZED AND DESIGNED THE ENTIRE CLUB FROM DAY ONE]...and they move from the stage to each of the boxes, after which they circulate among the customers...but with much less of the hard sell you find downtown. One dancer stood out for me...and is probably going to be responsible for my finding an excuse to return, and that was MARCOS. What a beautiful man, in every way....to talk to, to watch dance, to just look at and I knew within minutes he would be one of two there Id want to private with....(the other was a bit of a let-down in the private, but maybe because he followed MARCOS my expectations were too high, so I won't blame or name him.) MARCOS is very masculine, may even be str8, but he is the kind of man Ive always fantasized about, and here he was. (I understand he was a 'newbie' who just showed up and auditioned live....here's hoping he sticks around. ) The dancers seem to me to be on the twinkish side (excepting Marcos) but that is, Im told, what most men want. (Im one of the exceptions I guess). Im already trying to come up with a plan to return there this week-end, and Marcos will no doubt be the benefactor of my budget for the evening.
The entertainment factor at THE LOUNGE shows thought....with a large screen behind the stage when a dancer is performing that shows him masturbating...(I understand there's a cum shot at the end but didn't see any although I had to leave before the end)..the revolving dancers.....the low key working of the room, plus the thngs Ive yet to see...like Newbie night, which sounds like a blast,( but something I'd not be comfortable at, because its both sexes in the audience)..and when some of the dancers interact (pictures posted on the site indicate they do at times). I wish the LOUNGE success... it looks like it may take time to find a larger audience but hopefully the owners will have planned for that and be able to hang in there while people find it and make it a regular stop. Upcoming Nude Male Model Search

Fab magazine was a great sponsor for the first while of our Monday nights, giving us discount advertising, and editor Mitchel seemed to like to check out the new meat. But the sponsorship expires soon, which led us to new fields...So we have some exciting news for the month of April - the Nude Male Model Search contest, sponsored by a local video company.For the dates April 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, Monday Nights will be taking a new format. Instead of the traditional Nude Newbie strip contest, we are working with a local adult video production company to create a Nude Male Model Search contest. This contest is open to any male with 2 pieces of ID, who is willing to be photographed and video-taped, and willing to get naked in front of a live audience. A $200 cash prize will be awarded every week and there is no limit to the amount of times contestants can enter the contest (but they can only win the prize once). Also note - this contest is open to any of our regular dancers, as well as newbies, and even some of our Loungestrippers Live models who are uncomfortable with the idea of dancing will be taking the opportunity to showcase their nudity. This is a perfect chance for all of you out there who have wanted to get naked, but have felt inhibited because you "can't dance" or "feel awkward" stripping --- this time all you have to do is get naked. There will be the chance for modelling contracts with the sponsor company, and as always, if you are interested in being a Lounge Stripper, Monday is the night to try out.

Nude Newbies is the night...

Nude Newbie nights as of late have been "masked" affairs - guys who don't want their pix on the net. But we don't allow them to enter unless they agree to be video-taped for the big screen. So if you have missed the past couple Mondays, you'll have to come early or late on the weekend or early on Monday to catch up. They own the strip license, something that costs them thousands per year to maintain. They make all the money off the bar plus they charge us rent. Mondays was our "cheap" night for the winter - at $5 per head, on snowy days sometimes with only 20 or 30 people per night, with staff and advertising to pay, plus the prize money for the contest.... do the math. We weren't making money. So please respect the new cover charge and don't think it's a case of us gouging you - we appreciate your business and want you to keep coming back to enjoy the Lounge. I never cease to be amazed when I go to the Lounge. After a two week hiatis, I decided to take in the amateur “Nude Newbie” night this past Monday and per usual, what a treat. Whenever I head to the amateur nights I drive there wondering if there will be any dancers. There were four, Joey, Tyler, Tiger and Nicholas. But even before the contest began, we were entertained by three of the regulars, Mitch, Silver and Patrik --- who by the way, has a very hard time keeping it soft, even as he struts around the place. Amanda and Todd seem to have hit on a “super formula” having the dancers do their thing with a video of them jerking off as a back drop. It is hot, hot, hot ---- as they interact with themselves stroking their dicks on the screen. Todd times the videos perfectly as the dance ends just when the dancers blow their load on the screen.The “Nude Newbies” were awesome.
